Some patients may need expertise or access to care that Dr. Cramer cannot provide in his individual practice; examples include a patient that needs a long-acting injectable medication, a psychiatric procedure such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), or an evaluation by a psychiatric specialty such as forensic psychiatry. Dr. Cramer does not perform child custody evaluations, perform evaluations for disability benefits, or (in most cases) treat active substance use disorders. If you or your child need a specialized service that is outside the scope of Dr. Cramer’s practice, he will do his best to refer you to appropriate local providers as soon as possible.
